Accelerating Global Growth in eCommerce 

With ambitious e-Commerce targets to achieve Danone invested in upskilling their teams to find new routes to market and opportunities for online growth. 

 

The Need:

To achieve ambitious ecommerce growth targets investment was needed to upskill sales and marketing teams with the digital knowledge, mindset and strategies to succeed. 

 

General Assembly, Danone’s global education and upskilling partner, approached us to scope, design and deliver a custom 2-day eBusiness Growth Summit.  

 

Focusing on 6 core capability pillars it was critical the conference delivered impact, actionable takeaways and tangible value for time spent. 

The Solution:

Working in partnership with General Assembly we designed a 2-day hands-on, interactive learning experience with Danone’s Global Head of eCommerce & Chief Digital Officer.

 

Through the deconstruction of world-class case studies and best practice tactics we shared key digital strategies to turbo charge their acquisition, conversion, and retention growth. 

 

We designed and facilitated a series of breakout activities guiding participants through the build of a 2020 eCommerce Strategic Plan. 

 

The Summit finale was a “Game of Strategies” pitch contest with the winner awarded a budget to invest in their 2020 plan.

The Outcome:

The Singapore (SEA) summit in March 2019 was such a success General Assembly and Danone asked us to deliver a US localised version in New York in July 2019. 

 

We delivered the 2-day conference twice to over 100 eCommerce, Marketing and Sales specialists in each region. 

 

The feedback from both sessions was overwhelmingly positive and Danone advised the summit delivered a marked accelerator of the rollout of their eBusiness Strategy. 

General Assembly’s contribution, particularly the partnership with their expert instructors Catherine & Stephen Toms, was a marked accelerator of the rollout of our eBusiness Strategy.
